PAYMENT

We accept PayPal, credit & debit card payments.

DELIVERY

Order processing takes up to 3 business days and are shipped via Royal Mail. Custom orders are subject to a longer processing time which will be communicated with the buyer.

For gift orders please contact us via email, quoting your order and gift message you'd like included.

Please ensure that your postal address is correct as Ankara Notes is not responsible for non-delivered / lost goods due to incorrect or incomplete addresses given when placing your order.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Ankara Notes is not responsible for delays due to customs.

PACKAGING

The majority of our packaging is made from recycled or recyclable materials - including our brown vegetable tape! Only the clear tape is not recyclable so please remove this before placing packaging in the recycle bin :)

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We accept returns and exchanges. Please contact me within 14 days of delivery and ship items back within 30 days of delivery.

We don't accept cancellations but please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, Ankara Notes cannot accept returns for custom orders once the order has started to be processed.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
